Payment and Delivery Terms

1. Payment Method
For your convenience and security, we only accept payment upon receipt of your order. You can pay in cash or by card directly to the courier or at the post office. Advance payment on the website is not required.

2. Delivery Time and Area
We deliver Keraston orders to 19 countries, including:

• Europe: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, and others.
• Asia: India, Bangladesh.

Delivery takes between 3 and 7 business days. A manager will clarify and agree on the estimated delivery date with you during the order confirmation phone call.

3. Confidentiality Guarantee
The security and anonymity of our customers is a fundamental principle of our work. All items are shipped in sturdy, non-transparent packaging without any markings that would indicate the contents or our company.
